Real Estate Asset Management Summer Analyst

Blackstone is the world’s largest alternative asset manager with $1.1 trillion in assets under management, including real estate. Blackstone Real Estate has $319 billion of investor capital under management and is the largest owner of commercial real estate globally across logistics, data centers, residential, office and hospitality.

The Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week in-person experience offering extensive exposure across the firm. Participants receive mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, and networking opportunities with professionals.

Blackstone’s Real Estate Asset Management Group leads all post-acquisition investment activities, overseeing the full lifecycle of an investment. This includes setting business plans, identifying value creation opportunities and executing transactions to monetize investments.

Summer Analysts support core activities through modelling and presentations. Work involves building portfolio companies, collaborating with senior management, conducting market research and executing transactions like refinancings and dispositions.
