The Recruitment Associate supports Experienced Hire recruitment across the EMEA region as part of a wider HR function of over 80 professionals. This position coordinates key activities throughout the recruitment lifecycle for roles spanning Consultant to Senior Director levels.
The role involves scheduling interviews and assessments, producing offer letters, supporting candidate data reporting, and delivering administrative support. It also includes participating in ad hoc projects and driving improvements to existing processes. Strong international scope provides exposure to varied business segments and distinct hiring needs.
You will work within the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team alongside HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Compensation, and Benefits colleagues. Requirements
- Experience coordinating interview scheduling and assessment processes across multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency maintaining accurate candidate data and reporting within recruitment platforms
- Ability to produce offer letters and employment documentation
- Strong organisational skills for managing pipelines and identifying process gaps
- Familiarity with international recruitment practices across multiple countries
- Comfort supporting analytics, pipeline tracking, and ad hoc reporting requests
Responsibilities
- Coordinate nuanced, multi-step interview processes that require careful sequencing, alignment of senior calendars, and sensitivity to candidate experience
- Prepare interview materials and ensure all participants including senior leaders and candidates are fully informed and briefed
- Uphold accurate, high-integrity data across recruitment platforms and help drive best practices across the recruiting team
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and support recruitment analytics including pipeline tracking and candidate reporting
- Proactively monitor interview pipelines to identify delays or gaps and escalate issues early
- Assist with onboarding preparation by coordinating with HR and operations teams to ensure seamless transition from offer acceptance to start date
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and assist with ad hoc recruitment projects
