About this role

Reporting to the HR Director for the Global Office, the HR Business Partner leads strategic planning, execution, and implementation of global employee management processes and key HR projects. This role enhances employee relations and drives business results while championing project management excellence and synergy between HR initiatives and business objectives. Provides proactive project management expertise, HR support, guidance, and solutions to managers and employees.

Fosters a supportive, high-performing workplace culture by aligning HR projects with strategic goals and embodying company core values throughout the employee experience. Responsible for the full employee cycle from recruitment to exit interview, ensuring second-to-none onboarding. Proactively partners across stakeholder teams to understand needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.

Works collaboratively within a Global Office HR team and as part of the HRBP team, providing operational support during leaves for seamless service delivery. Builds and maintains strong relationships with managers and employees at all levels. Develops deep understanding of the business and its challenges to provide relevant HR support.

Supports the HR Director in project managing annual Performance Management and Individual Compensation Review processes. Leads talent review for partnered groups, focusing on succession planning and development needs. Assists in building the Global People Strategic plan, budget presentations, and optimizing global project management practices.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the business and its challenges to provide relevant HR support
  • Project management expertise in HR processes like performance management and compensation reviews
  • Experience working collaboratively with other HR functions for integrated services
  • Ability to guide managers on people matters and ensure effective performance management
  • Skills in talent identification, succession planning, and global learning initiatives
  • Proficiency in managing employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit interview

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR support to enhance business performance by aligning HR initiatives with business goals
  • Proactively partner across stakeholder teams to understand needs and provide tailored HR solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with managers and employees at all levels
  • Lead the annual Performance Management process including planning, communication, training, and data cleaning
  • Lead the annual Individual Compensation Review (ICR) process for stakeholder group
  • Design and deploy global onboarding and offboarding employee experiences
  • Lead the talent review process for partnered groups, focusing on succession planning
  • Support implementation of compensation and benefits programs within the Global Office
