At myPOS, we make payments simple, smart, and accessible while supporting business growth with free multicurrency accounts and e-commerce tools. As Lead Tech Recruiter/Senior Acquisition Talent Partner, you'll build exceptional Technology, Product, and Data teams in this 6-month contract. Partner closely with hiring leaders across Europe and the UK to attract top talent in a high-growth environment.
Own end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Product, and Data roles while sourcing top talent through creative strategies. Work with pace to manage multiple vacancies, ensuring excellent experiences for candidates and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and influencing hiring decisions.
Thrive in a fast-moving setting with competing priorities, building credibility with stakeholders at all levels. Engage hard-to-reach technical and business talent while sharing real-time intelligence on salaries and competitors. Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to assess candidate fit effectively.
Identify process gaps to make recruitment more efficient and scalable. Deliver high-impact hiring outcomes immediately upon starting. Influence and shape hiring strategies beyond typical recruiter duties while helping power the future of payments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with strong expertise hiring for technical roles in high-growth or tech-driven environments
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers at all levels
- Confidence partnering with technical and non-technical interview teams to understand role requirements and assess candidate fit
- Strong sourcing capability and track record of finding and engaging hard-to-reach talent
- Experience using data, analytics, and reporting to provide updates and drive hiring decisions
- Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies while managing multiple hiring processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities
- Proactive approach with strong sense of ownership
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment process for roles across Engineering, Product, and Data
- Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, align expectations, and deliver great talent
- Build and engage strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional channels
- Manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously while ensuring excellent candidate and stakeholder experience
- Act as trusted partner to hiring teams, bringing structure, market insight, and challenge
- Identify hiring process gaps, suggest improvements, and help make recruitment more efficient and scalable
- Provide real-time insight on talent availability, salary benchmarks, candidate expectations, and competitor activity
