About this role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Reward Manager to work in conjunction with the reward team to deliver our global reward strategy across multiple geographies and service lines. Reporting to the Global Head of Reward, this role will play a critical part in assisting in our annual reward cycles. It ensures our reward offering supports attraction, retention, and high performance across the business.
The role involves leading the annual salary review process, including planning, modelling, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. You will oversee job evaluation and global benchmarking to keep salary structures competitive and equitable. Additional duties include maintaining global grading frameworks and managing pay transparency approaches.
Collaborate across HR, Finance, and key stakeholders to align performance with reward metrics. Partner with senior HR leaders across regions and service lines to influence reward decisions. Lead projects aimed at improving the global reward offering for employees and regional HR colleagues.
Deliver high-quality reward analytics and executive reporting to support decision-making. Refine compensation schemes for alignment with business priorities and market competitiveness. Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across all reward processes in a consulting environment.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior reward role within a global organisation, ideally within a consulting environment
- Proven expertise in annual review cycles, global benchmarking, and total reward management
- Strong analytical and modelling skills with advanced Excel capability
- Experience managing complex reward programs across multiple international regions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong understanding of reward governance, compliance, and market trends
