Linklaters is a global law firm with 31 offices in 21 countries. As Reward Manager, you'll evolve the firm's reward programmes while ensuring operational excellence. You'll manage reward challenges and continuously improve processes for client orientation and efficiency.

Your role focuses on UK operations with ad hoc support to international offices. Lead the annual salary and bonus review process with HR and Finance teams. Conduct market benchmarking to provide pay level insights for leaders and recruitment.

Offer reward policy advice as the go-to resource for HR colleagues. Lead pay gap reporting with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team. Monitor legislative changes and market trends for compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within a Reward team for a global matrix organisation
  • Exposure to working on projects additional to BAU work
  • Experience of line management within a previous role
  • Showcases creativity and resourcefulness while adapting to an evolving landscape
  • Can interpret complex data with attention to detail, providing clear, actionable insights
  • Prioritises the employee and partner experience, advocating a people-centric approach
  • Demonstrates strong organising abilities, pinpoints interdependencies, and proactively alleviates risks
  • Possesses the capacity to present arguments and recommendations with authority

Responsibilities

  • Serve as go-to resource for reward policy, offering advice and guidance to HR colleagues and the firm
  • Lead the annual salary and bonus review process operationally with HR and Finance teams
  • Conduct market benchmarking analysis, providing insight on pay levels to leaders and Recruitment team
  • Lead annual pay gap reporting efforts with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team
  • Monitor and respond to legislative changes and market trends for compliant and competitive reward programmes
  • Leverage technology and AI to enhance reward processes, optimising efficiency and client orientation
