In this role, you'll play a central part in shaping how we attract and hire talent into our organisation. You'll partner closely with leaders, including executive level, to coach and educate them on strategic workforce planning. Build a clear understanding of their current and future priorities.

Using your external market knowledge and insight, identify emerging skill gaps and capability risks. Shape proactive recruitment strategies and determine where we need to build sustainable talent pipelines. Requirements

  • External market knowledge and insight in financial services recruitment
