As a University Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage full life cycle university recruitment processes including developing position descriptions, creating job postings, reviewing CVs, managing interviews and candidate communication, structuring offers, and onboarding activities. Identify and implement creative ideas for reaching university students across the globe. Represent DRW on campus to market opportunities effectively.
Partner with internal stakeholders to create interviewing, offer generating and closing strategies. Provide direction and oversight to Recruiting Coordinator on job postings, scheduling, feedback collection, and onboarding. Track all interview and candidate activity in the applicant tracking system.
Support the design and execution of the internship program for a best-in-class experience driving full-time conversions. Thrive in a place of high expectations, integrity, innovation and challenging consensus. Operate using our own capital and trading at our own risk with autonomy to pivot quickly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a technology-driven industry
- Willing to travel extensively to core schools during peak university recruiting cycles
- Excellent organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong initiative and sense of urgency with proven experience in fast-paced environment
- Strong customer support orientation
- Tenacious problem solver who can effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Flexible approach and willing to constantly adapt in ever-changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and web-based systems (ATS experience a plus)
Responsibilities
