Arch Capital Group Ltd seeks a Risk Analyst to support the Risk Function in maintaining a robust enterprise risk management framework. Requirements
- Knowledge of Risk Management Framework components
- Experience with GRC tools, preferably Decision Focus
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and challenge effectively
- Alignment with Arch’s values including teamwork and positive mindset
- At least one year of Risk Management experience in the insurance sector
- Preferably in Lloyd’s or the London Market
- Educated to degree level
Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing development of entity risk registers
- Assist with the review of risk policies
- Support quarterly risk assessments, risk reviews, controls assessments and KRI updates
- Ensure the ORSA process follows policy through collation and report preparation
- Investigate risk events, control failings and monitor risk function actions
- Support the emerging risks process
- Prepare risk and control information for Committees and the Board
- Play a key role in developing the Risk Function’s GRC tool and training users
