Keen to become part of a truly global, collaborative team of professionals? The post holder will work as part of the Corporate Real Estate team, actively managing the global portfolio to align with firmwide goals, strategies, and departmental goals. A flexible approach to hours supports meetings with offices in different time zones.

Day-to-day involves maintenance of a central lease repository system and provision of key lease event summaries. Prepare portfolio overviews and location-specific strategy reports referencing key market data from Real Estate Consultants. Administer rent and service charge queries while reviewing compliance with lease documentation.

Appoint Real Estate and Professional team Consultants, including RFIs, RFPs, contracts, and performance monitoring. Prepare business cases for new lease commitments and significant capital spend for IMC submission. Conduct high-level programme management to track project lists and critical dates.

Engage in regular communication with key internal project teams and finance monitoring for annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets. Drive a departmental change agenda, supporting the Head of Corporate Real Estate in key support contracts. Identify opportunities for efficiency savings and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience within a similar role, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Experience in managing and supporting projects within an organisation
  • Previous experience supporting a global or regional portfolio of offices
  • Good commercial and contract management skills

  • Drive departmental change agenda and support negotiation of key support contracts
