About this role
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded HR Business Partner to support our Product & Technology function in Chiswick, West London. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into impactful people solutions that drive performance and growth.
You will be working closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into an effective people strategy. The role combines strategic advisory and hands-on delivery across workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, vendor and contract management, employee relations, and organisational development.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR Business Partner to collaborate with regional leaders in a global environment. You will deliver consistent, high impact programmes that enhance employee experience, develop leadership capability and drive business performance.
You will manage a contractor workforce of around 150 people while partnering with Finance on budgets and cost control. The position requires cultural agility to work across multiple vendors and a diverse international workforce in a fast-changing environment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an HRBP with HR generalist knowledge and supporting an HR function with senior level roles
- Experience supporting a product or commercial function is preferred
- A track record of managing projects in multiple countries and driving change management
- Proven hands-on capabilities in employee/industrial relations and employment law/practices
- Cultural agility to manage a diverse workforce and multiple vendors
- Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, fast changing, complex, unstructured and flat environment
- Excellent analytical problem solving and decision making
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress and deadlines proposing reasonable solutions
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product & Technology leaders to deliver a business-aligned people strategy
- Advise managers on performance, development, and employee relations
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
- Drive succession planning and career development to build strong talent pipelines
- Support delivery of core HR programmes including workforce planning, talent acquisition, engagement, L&D and compensation
- Coach leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams and strong organisational culture
- Manage vendor-led onboarding programmes to deliver a strong contractor experience and enhance employer brand
- Oversee contractor workforce of c.150, ensuring effective reporting, cost control, and alignment with business needs
