We’re assembling the world’s best team to liberate global commerce, with offices in Tel Aviv, Amsterdam, Singapore, Iceland, London, Dubai, Hong Kong, and the U.S. Join our Global Marketing team as Demand Generation Campaign Manager at a pivotal growth point.
You will handle end-to-end planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of integrated marketing campaigns across channels. Drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business objectives through strategic demand generation programs. Own execution for thought leadership, key verticals, product lines, always-on, and events to fuel top-line growth.
Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams for alignment with launches and initiatives. Lead multi-channel efforts including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing. Project manage in Monday.com while handling timelines, budgets, and resources.
Utilize MarTech stack for lead data enhancement and CRM hygiene. Monitor performance against KPIs, analyze with automation platforms and analytics tools. Implement optimizations to maximize ROI and present insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation campaigns
- Expertise in multi-channel marketing including email, social media, PPC, display ads, and content
- Proficiency with MarTech stack, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills for tracking KPIs, lead quality, and campaign ROI
- Ability to manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Experience enhancing lead data for CRM hygiene and MQL quality
- Knowledge of demand generation for thought leadership, verticals, products, and events in fintech
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies aligned with marketing and business goals, target audience insights, and market trends
- Define clear campaign objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics
- Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment
- Lead execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, social media, paid advertising (PPC, display), and content marketing
- Project manage the campaign lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and analysis in Monday.com
- Develop and execute measurable integrated demand programs that drive revenue, leads, pipeline, and high ROI
- Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and implement optimization strategies
- Generate regular performance reports and present insights
